To facilitate quick and efficient emergency admissions to any hospital within the SUITS network. This can be crucial in situations where time is of the essence, and the patient needs urgent medical attention.
The very first obstacle in a medical or any trauma emergency when the victim is unconscious or in an altered sensorium, is to find out who the victim is and to whom the rescuers should contact in that emergency situation. Because of lack of this vital information, most of the times it leads to improper management of victims in the Golden Hour resulting in bad outcomes.
SUITS IN Case of Emergency Card(ICE) is the best solution to overcome this first obstacle in the golden hour. ICE card consists of the person’s NAME, ADDRESS, BLOOD GROUP, MEDICAL CONDITIONS along with the contact numbers of the two nearest relatives and one nearest relative living far away geographically.
ICE 1: First, In Case of Emergency contact shall be your First Degree Family member who can attend calls almost every time
ICE 2: Second, ICE Contact can be your close relative or friend
ICE 3: Third, ICE Contact shall be a close relative who live geographically far from you (Eg: Your Brother doing job in different place)
SUITS Emergency number will be another emergency contact to help the victim in the golden hour in terms of disposition to appropriate hospital.
SUITS will facilitate the patient transfer through our SANS Ambulance network or Patient transport system when and where feasible.

Kiosk Placement
Our SUITS team can Install ICE card kiosks in strategic locations, such as hospital lobbies, community centers, shopping malls, and other public places. The goal is to make them easily accessible to a wide audience.

User Interface: SUITS team designed a user-friendly interface on the kiosk screen that guides individuals through the process of entering their emergency contact information, medical history, allergies, and any other pertinent details. This could involve a touch screen or a keyboard for data input.
Data Security: SUITS IT & security team Implemented robust security measures to protect the sensitive information entered into the kiosk. This includes encryption and secure storage protocols to ensure that personal health information is kept confidential.
Language Options: Provide language options on the kiosk interface to cater to a diverse population. This ensures that individuals who may not be fluent in the predominant language can still easily input their emergency information.
Printing ICE Cards: Once users have input their information, the kiosk can generate a physical ICE card. This card might include a QR code or other identifier that emergency responders and healthcare providers can scan to quickly access the individual’s emergency information.
